नीट 2022 में दो या दो से अधिक उम्मीदवारों के समान अंक/प्रतिशत प्राप्त करने की स्थिति में, निम्नलिखित नीट टाई-ब्रेकिंग नियम लागू होंगे:
जीव विज्ञान (वनस्पति विज्ञान और प्राणी विज्ञान) में उच्च अंक / प्रतिशत अंक प्राप्त करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को वरीयता दी जाएगी, उसके बाद रसायन विज्ञान के अंक / प्रतिशत अंक, उसके बाद भौतिकी के अंक / प्रतिशत अंक प्राप्त होंगे।
सभी विषयों में गलत उत्तरों और सही उत्तरों की संख्या के कम अनुपात वाले उम्मीदवारों को वरीयता दी जाएगी, इसके बाद जीव विज्ञान (वनस्पति विज्ञान और प्राणी विज्ञान), रसायन विज्ञान और भौतिकी।
